Audit reports may contain confidential annexes for commercially sensitive information.

The public report shall contain a clear overview of the items which are in the confidential annexes.

The CAB is solely responsible for the content of all reports, including the content of any confidential annexes.

Reporting Deadlines for certification and re-certification audit reports (in working day)

The CAB shall agree the content of any commercially sensitive information with the applicant, which can still be accessible by the ASC and the appointed accreditation body upon request as stipulated in the certification

contract.

Except for the annexes that contain commercially sensitive information all audit reports will be public.

The registered unit named Chungsan Fishermen’s Organization have 12 members and use cage system farming unit in the ocean base with specification of 2.4m x 2.4m

and grow their own feed with seaweed ropes (100 m per 1 rope) that it set up in Yellow sea.

The farmers activies are seeding, feeding, maintenance, cleaning and selection, harvesting abalone, grading, and sales to Chungsanbada Company Limited.

청산바다영어조합법인의 인증 유닛은 12명의 어가이며 2.4m x 2.4m 크기의 해상 가두리를 사용하고 해조류 줄(1줄당 100m)에 전복 먹이를 양식한다.

양식활동은 종묘이식, 급이, 유지관리, 세척 및 선별, 전복 수확, 분류 및 청산바다에 판매 등이 있다.

Chungsanbada Fishermen’s Organization as the head of farmer group is a distribution organization from farming to distributing, exporting, and processing. At first in

Korea, producer stakeholders participated together in establishing an abalone processing factory and successfully commercialized it; they currently have dealings with

some upscale hotels and department stores and export live abalones and processed abalone products to Japan, China, US, Hong Kong, and Singapore. With these

business results, Chungsanbada has been growing as the leading abalone specialty company in Korea and now turns over KRW 30 billion a year.

어민 단체의 대표인 청산바다영어조합법인은 유통 업체로써, 전복 양식부터 유통, 수출 및 가공까지 한다. 처음 한국에서, 생산 이해관계자가 전복 가공공장을

설립하는게 함께 참여하여 성공적으로 상업화 하였다. 현재 몇몇 최고급 호텔 및 백화점과 거래하고 있으며, 활전복을 일본, 중국, 미국, 홍콩, 싱가폴에

수출하고 있다. 이러한 사업 성과로 청산바다는 한국에서 전복 업계를 선도하며 성장하고 있고, 현재 연 30억에 달하는 매출을 내고 있다.

상세 설명

Descriptions/설명:

There is a strong tracebility system at the farms. It allows to trace the product from the final sale back to the unit of certification. There are some documents that permits to identify the certified product.

All sites have similar traceability system which i is described as below:

양식장에 강력한 이력추적 체계가 있다. 이것으로 최종 판매에서부터 생산단위까지 추적할 수 있다. 인증 제품을 식별할수 있도록 하는 문서들이 있다. 모든 양식장이 아래에 서술된 바와 같은

비슷한 이력추적 체계를 보유하고 있다.

1. Seed stocking: Minutes of hand-over seed signed by both parties, Invoice mentioned date of buying seed. From these records/documents it is traceable to batch of seed

2. Grow-out: During this period, the farm use cages diary to record as well as traceability. There is no risk of mixing between sites during grow out stage

3. Harvest and transfer abalone to transportation vehicles: There is no risk of mixing product between each sites as each farmer has their all vessel for transportation product from their own cages to harbor

before transferring vehicle managed by the processor

All abalone after harvested will be transferred by the farm's owner so there is no risk of mixing during transportation.

1. 치패 입식: 양쪽 업체 모두가 서명한 치패 인수기록, 치패 구매일이 쓰여진 거래명세서. 이들 기록/문서 들로부터 치패 배치를 추적할 수 있다.

2. 양성: 이 기간 중, 양식장은 양식장 일지를 사용하여 이력추적성을 기록한다. 양성 단게에서 양식장 간에 제품이 섞일 위험은 없다.

3. 수확 및 수송차량으로의 전복 이동: 생산자가 관리하는 차량으로 옮기기 전에, 각 어민들이 자신의 양식장에서 항구로 제품을 옮기는데 사용하는 선박을 모두 갖고 있으므로 각 양식장 간의

제품이 섞일 위험이 없다.

수확 후 모든 전복들을 양식장 소유주가 직접 운송하므로 수송 중에 섞일 우려가 없다.

Extracted from Transaction receipt (on 10/09/2019): 1,660kgs ~ 32,440 pcs, the balance is still in cages at Cluster 4-2 (100 cages)

to ensure all products identified and sold as certified by the operation

environmental indicators reviewed.

A clear statement on whether or not the audited unit of

certification has the capability to consistently meet the

objectives of the relevant standard(s).

The audit team finds the company to be in compliance with the ASC Abalone standard, after submittal of suitable

corrective action plans for the NCs were identified during the audit.

심사원은 청산바다영어조합법인이 심사동안 발견된 부적합 사항들에 대한 적절한 시정조치 사항 계획을

제출한 이후 ASC 전복 기준을 준수하고 있는것을 확인 했다.
