03.5 NPK fertilisers are formulations of various salts containing appropriate percentages

of the elements.

The salts contain three important elements.

04 In horse racing, drugs such as caffeine and paracetamol are illegal.

They must not be given to the horses.

Paper chromatography can help to detect caffeine and paracetamol in racehorse urine.
