• Prepare + disburse different ,inds of letters i.e. -han,s etter/ Condolence etter etc.

• %aintain the schedules and dairy of the Chairman. and ensure all appointments and meetin)s are updated.

• -o deal with any ,ind of orei)n Guest.

• Proide Secretarial support to the Chairman.

• Coordinate with mana)ement team + other departments as per re2uirement.

• !raftin) letter/ memo/ proposals/ speech etc as per the instruction of the Chairman.

• oo, after Visa/ ocal + 3erseas Air -ic,et boo,in)/ 4otel reseration related actiities.

• ollow(up actions on pendin) important issues.

•  Any other tas, assi)n by Chairman.
