Preserve the memory of your wedding day with DVD & Photography

April Productions Video & Photography was established in 1992 and we specialise in wedding DVD’s and Photography.

DVD or Blu-ray We record on small high definition broadcast cameras and are discreet at all times, so both you and your guests will feel comfortable with being filmed. In fact most people hardly notice we are there! We work “in the background” capturing all the details of the day and memories that will be a precious reminder of your special day for years to come. We are able to film as little or as much of the day as you would like and offer a range of

packages that can be flexible to meet any individual requirements.

PhotographyWe incorporate a mixture of formal and reportage style photography. We will work with you before the day to plan any specific images that you would like us to capture.

We offer a range of photography packages that can be flexible to meet any individual requirements. All of our packages include a DVD with full resolution jpg images (anything between 100 and 600+ photos depending on the package you choose). You will also receive a second DVD with approx 40 photos including black and white, sepia and colour popped. These images will be set to music creating an ideal way to show friends and family the highlights of the day. We give you reproduction rights to print the photos, or we can print them for you. Your photos will be available to view on our password protected website. You and your guests will also be able to purchase prints directly from the site.

Our ‘plus’ packages include a beautiful bespoke 30 page Storybook album. This is designed with you after you have received all your images on disc.

Bespoke packagesAlthough our years of experience have allowed us to gauge an idea of packages, you may like something different. If so please contact us to discuss your personal requirements, all our details are on the back page of

this brochure.

Reception/Party package If you are getting married abroad and having a reception/party on your return this is the package for you. We can video and/or photograph your celebration. This can include your guests arriving, chatting, speeches, disco and first dance of the evening. Video includes two DVD’s fully edited. Photography includes a disc of all images taken in full resolution jpeg format, with reproduction rights to print yourself. Two hours attendance costs £150 per service or £250 for video and photography.

VIDEO 4 - £995 or VIDEO 4 plus BLU-RAY UPGRADE £1195 Commencing with the finishing touches of the bride and wedding party getting ready

(if required), arrival of the guests and wedding party. The entire service is filmed including the signing of the register. Leaving the ceremony, capturing the atmosphere

during the photocall, mock cutting of the cake and receiving line. Bride and groom entering the wedding breakfast, cutting of the cake, speeches and guest interviews. The first dance of the evening, then continue to record until 11.00pm to capture the

evenings entertainment.

VIDEO 2 - £545 or VIDEO 2 plus BLU-RAY UPGRADE £745 Commencing with the arrival of the guests and wedding party.

The entire service is filmed including the signing of the register. Leaving the ceremony, capturing the atmosphere during the photocall,

mock cutting of the cake and receiving line. The video finishes as the bride and groom enter the wedding breakfast.

VIDEO 3 - £745 or VIDEO 3 plus BLU-RAY UPGRADE £945 Commencing with the finishing touches of the bride and wedding party

getting ready (if required), arrival of the guests and wedding party. The entire service is filmed including the signing of the register. Leaving the ceremony, capturing the atmosphere during the photocall, mock cutting of the cake and

receiving line. Bride and groom entering the wedding breakfast, cutting of the cake, speeches and guest interviews. The video finishes at the end of the first dance.

VIDEO 1 - £445 or VIDEO 1 plus BLU-RAY UPGRADE £645 Commencing with the arrival of the guests and wedding party.

The entire service is filmed including the signing of the register. The video ends as the happy couple leave the ceremony.

Combi packagesAt April Productions we are aware that many couples have to work to a very tight

budget when planning a wedding. We are delighted to offer Photo and Video ‘Combi’ options which are ideal for couples who are on a limited budget, but would still like to

have a professional provide their DVD and Photography.

Your video commences with the finishing touches of the bride and wedding party getting ready (if required), arrival of the guests and wedding party.

Your entire service is filmed including the signing of the register and the happy couple leaving the ceremony.

At this point, the video camera is put down and we commence photography.From a large group photograph with everyone at your wedding through to the intimate bride and groom shots, these are those treasured images to compliment your video.

We then re-commence video with the receiving line. Bride and groom entering the wedding breakfast, cutting of the cake, speeches and guest interviews.

The video finishes by capturing that special first bride and groom dance of the evening.

PHOTO COMBI - £1200 or PHOTO-C plus STORYBOOK ALBUM £1700(1 operator)

Your photography commences with the finishing touches of the bride and wedding party getting ready (if required), arrival of the guests and wedding party, bride and bridal party arrival.

At this point, the stills camera is put down and the ceremony is video recorded from bride walking down the aisle, throughout the service until the bride and groom leave the

service capturing those all important vows on video.Photography then recommences with the group photography at the place of service

and/or reception. At the reception, Bride and Groom arriving to the wedding breakfast, mock cutting of the cake, then informal photographs throughout the receiving line.

Speeches and cutting of the cake. Your photography ends capturing that special first bride and groom dance of the evening.
