REMINDER:Starting April 1st, Lincoln will be banning cardboard from the city landfill.Lincoln residents will have to either sign up for curbside recycling with a hauleror take their cardboard to the city's free recycling cites.

Let's be honest, when you first hear the word April you think of two things:Spring & The Masters. This year we will be hosting a Masters TournamentChallenge. We will average out the place eachplayer finishes and whoever has the lowest average place will win $50.

Spring renewal season is here! We will be sending out renewal forms, as well as,30 day intent to vacate forms. Keep in mind that these forms must be returnedto us on or before the 1st of the month.

Spring time is here! Start getting those maintenance requests in that have beenwaiting for spring to come. We have 3 hard working maintenance guys that arehere to help you with any of your needs.

Nebraska 2018 Red-White Spring Game will be held on Saturday, April 21st. Ifyou haven't yet gotten your tickets, best of luck! We hear there is a FrostWarning for Saturday too...
