CORE BALANCE & MORE Tuesdays, 9:30 a.m.Have fun using resistance bands and small exerciseballs to achieve better balance, a stronger core andflexibility through range of motion exercises. Cost $3

CARDIO BURST Tuesdays, 10:30 a.m. Low-impact movements will improve balance and build core and upper body strength and cardio endurance. Cost $3
