R-Line Insulated Carton Kits Chill-pack R-Line Kits and Foil Liners are supplied flatpacked. Placing your hands inside the liner and pulling the twocorners inwards will form a box shape. It is easy then to place the liner into the carton of the samedimensions. Once the goods are inside, seal the liner by removing thepeel and seal tape, the carton is then taped and is ready forshipping.

Each kit includes a durable corrugated outercardboard carton, which is then lined with ametallised PE laminated bubble liner. Chill-pack Foil Bubble Liner is made with a specialtybubble film, having a layer of metalized PE filmlaminated to one side of the bubble. The foil linersreflective properties, together with the interval ofinsulation that the bubble provides together provideeffective easy to use insulationsolution. Combine with Chill-pack Gel Ice Packs or Dry-IceSheet options to achieve the best temperatures foryour chilled food freight.
