• In your browser and on all your devices, to move all email to one account:1. Move old email and contacts to new account: use

Import (Outlook.com, Gmail, Yahoo) or hook up both to WLM and copy mail folders, export old contacts to .csv file and import that to new contacts.

2. Receive new email in new account: if import doesn’t do it, set up forwarding in old account, or POP access from new account.

3. Add old account’s “from address” in new account.

e‑mail server.– Email is downloaded to the client only when read;

copies are stored on the server.– New mail is accessible from any device at any time.

• POP is Post Office Protocol. – All mail is downloaded from the server to the client.– You can choose to leave a copy on the server.

• Get Outlook.com mail in Windows Live Mail:– For outlook.com/Hotmail/msn - To add account, click

Mail, Accounts tab, Email. Type email address, display name and password. Click Next, follow any additional steps, Finish. Https server uses DeltaSync to synchronize folders, works similar to IMAP.

settings and under Labels, uncheck All Mail, Spam.– To add account, click Mail, Accounts tab, Email.
