COMMON AREAS - AN ASSET FOR FOUR SEASONS - Our Common Areas and walking paths are a tremendous Assetfor all residents. Newer housing developments, because of escalated land costs, are unable to duplicate all that we have andenjoy in terms of our common areas. Being able to have a quiet walk and aesthetic interlude in a neighborhood adds valueto each and every home in the area. Even though your home may not directly abut a common area it is enriched by havingthese available. The money spent to maintain and enhance these areas over the years have paid rich dividends in improvedproperty valves. In concert with individual homeowners and the Architecture Committee that seeks to keep our standardshigh, our common areas will always be a major property value enhancement for All residents.JUNK DROP BOX UPDATE -1 have received enough calls already to alert residents that one drop box is already fullbased on volume projections. Please help me make sure we have enough boxes available by giving me a call at 646-9217and letting me know if you will be participating this year and what volume of material you might have. Thanks ForHelping Me Out!VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR COMMON AREA WORK - As always, I am looking for volunteers to help dig out stumps, move rock for creek bank stabilization, etc., etc. Give me a call at 646-9217 if you can volunteer some time for theseendeavors. One volunteers project that would not require a lot of sweat or heavy lifting would be for someone to volunteerto pick up the litter that accumulates at our entrance at Village Lane and Murray Blvd. A person could do this once amonth and the small sack of garbage could be disposed of by simply adding it to their own garbage receptacle for weeklypick-up. Give me a call if you are interested Folks.FOUR SEASONS ANNUAL GARAGE SALE - A quick note for all residents to be reminded that this wonderful event willagain be held in June. Our Garage Sale Chairman, Pat Lange, always does a great job on this event! If you can volunteersome time to help out, please give her a call at 643-1118. By combining all our individual sales to a Yearly Event we havea lot more attendees and for the rest of the year we don’t have the constant weekend garage sale traffic. This really benefitseverybody! Give Pat a call and get involved in this Fun Event.
