    F 3 on the 4 th TAKE A HIKE! Please join us following the birthday celebrationand bake sale on Sunday, April 24th for a

    family friendly hike at Table Rock StatePark. We'll enjoy an easy 2 mile hike,explore the park and take some time toreflect on God's creation. Wear your

    walking shoes to church and bring a bag lunch and $2 per adult foradmission (kids under 16 are free). We'll caravan from the church, butdirections will be available if you'd like to meet us there. Pets are welcomeon the trail so feel free to swing by home to pick up Fido on the way! See youon the 24th!

    There will be a bake sale after churchon Sunday, April 24. All bake sale proceeds will be split between two families who havelost their homes to fires. One family will be the Drakes (Syble Drake’s son)and the other will be Mr. Terry, theFacility Engineer at Bethel Elementary who lost his home to a fire in January.Children and youth will provide bakedgoodies for purchase.

    Any member who would like tocontribute items for the bake sale,please bring them to the commonsarea before worship on Sunday, April 24.

    HANDS ON GREENVILLE: Saturday, April 30, 8:15-11:30 AMChildren, Youth and parents:mark your calendars now for this

    annual Greenville event in which we will be participating for the firsttime! Volunteers fromGreenville's corporations, placesof worship, schools, andprofessional and civicorganizations will spreadthroughout Greenville and

    surrounding areas to repair cabins atcampgrounds for the disabled, paintplayground equipment and murals atour public schools, landscape the

    grounds of local shelters, and beautifynearby state and city parks. We willselect our project on April 1st, and it

    will be announced in church on April3 rd! A sign up sheet is in the Commonsnow. T-shirt orders are due by April 7 th

    so make sure to sign up ASAP !

    of this local food bank withtom to products . So the next

    time you are at the store, pick upan extra can of pasta sauce,

    bottle of ketchup, (plastic or cans- no glass please!), diced

    tomatoes, tomato puree, tomatosoup, etc. to help fill our bin in the

    commons area!

    Medical Mission Program Fountain Inn Presbyterian Church has a

    group of folks going to Peru in mid-June tocontinue working on a Medical Missionprogram they are a part of. This particularprogram is something FIPC has participatedin for about 20 years, with leadershipthrough some of their members. They areasking EPC friends to clean out any and alltypes of eye glasses that have accumulatedand might be collecting dust in their homes.FIPC is sponsoring a drive to collect these

    used prescription glasses, “dollar -store”readers, sunglasses; all to be taken on thismission trip. The poorest among thepoorest are known to walk hours throughchallenging terrain along the Amazon Riverto get a $1 pair of glasses. If you would be willing to help please turn in glasses by April24 th to the church office (marked that theyare for this medical mission drive).

    participate in a group discussionafterwards. Pizza, drinks and snacks

    before each date.
