I there’s one thing we learnedabout the Scotty sofball team, it’s thatthese girls simply don’t give up.  In non-conerence action lastnight on Jeff Jurgens Field, a pitchers’duel eaturing Glasgow’s yra Johnsonand Sidney’s Maddison DiFonzo kept

Scotties win an eighth inning thrillerit a low-scoring contest with the Eaglesleading 3-1 (yra crossed the homeplate in the second inning with a longdrought to ollow) and do-or-die timeor the Scotties.

With two outs in the bottom othe seventh, yra’s twin sister iana

Johnson cranked out a two-run homerto send the game into an extra inning.  Te Eagles exploded with threeruns to take a 6-3 lead resulting inanother do-or-die situation or theScotties. A our-run rally was needed

Tasha Chamberlain would drive in Kiauna Barstad

and her younger sister Ziggy Chamberlain to get an

amazing four-run rally started in the bottom of the

    eighth inning.

We want to know how Valley Countymeasures up as a place to live and the only way we can besure we are getting a complete picture is by asking peoplewho really know – the people who live here.  Tank you.
