LOCATION

The Seara target presents a privileged location south of the city of João Monlevade and about 117km from

Belo Horizonte in the east of the Iron Quadrangle in Minas Gerais.

Density tests were not made in drill core samples.

BHP did not equalize density of the results of tests with the chemical analysis of the samples.

Apparently there is a mismatch between the lithologic classification and the results of the density tests. For example: ITC

to 5.33 g / cm³, with ITF 1.319 g / cm³ and with CNG 1.896 g / cm³;

Tests with sand bottle results showed very low compared with the water displacement method.

The ob.dos values for brittle rocks are very low compared to the amounts normally found in banded iron formations of the

QF.

It is suggested that data must go through a more careful review.

GAINS FOR DATA MINING SEARA

In November 2013 the control of Seara Mining back the hands of their

owners an.gos.

The company held a crí.ca analysis of the work and BHP search results

and prepared a new work plan to con.nuidade the development of the

mining project Seara target.

The new work program is directed to the completion of sampling rota.va

survey, the realization of granuloquímicas analysis and processing tests on

international standards and the development of a conceptual study and

pre-feasibility for the project.

The total geological potential of the license es.mado was in iron ore 248Mt

calculated by 3D modeling iron formation level of Cauê Formation

outcropping in the area.

Were u.lizados geological maps available in the area and a digital terrain

model. The density was considered to 3 g / cm³.

The update of the 3D model with potential es.ma.va will be held

con.nuamente with the progress of work in the area.

They were not considered in the potential es.ma.va levels of ferruginous

quartzite superimposed on Cauê, the iron formation layers of the western

portion of the area, nor the yoke of deposits.

RELOCATION OF LEGAL RESERVE

82% of the total area of the license is covered by

reservation VALE property Legal (surface rights).

The Seara Mining has established an

agreement with VALE which granted

permission to carry out the relocation of the

Legal Reserve.

Studies for relocation of the legal reserve are

completed and the current phase is the

acquisition of the area for subs.tuição.
