The president presided the meeting. The meeting started with the agenda about the set of goals of the organization for the school year 2015-2016. The president discussed the upcoming activities of the organization. 2. For the first semester, herewith the proposed activities:a. Month of June Orientation- introducing the peer circle. Presentation of the design for the organizational shirt and lanyard. Fund Raising Campaign:i. Bond Paper Vendo Machine.ii. Paper for a Cause

b. Month of July CES- Wawa, it will be held on first week of July. Teambuilding- third week of July. Continuation of peer circle (tutorial).

c. Month of August Proposed booth during the intramurals, Payo ni Madam Birtud and Shooting Booth. Seminars- after the school intramurals, Basic Elec, Circuit Wizardand Career Orientation. CES- Coastal Clean-Up, target area Balite, Calapan City. Regional Quiz Bee, the including participants are 4th year and 5th year students, last week of August.

d. Month of September CES

3. For the second semester, here are the proposed activities:a. Month of November Carolling for a cause.

b. Month of December CES- Feeding Program, will be held on 3rd week of December at Sitio Caguisikan, Brgy. Gutad, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro. Christmas Party: unisex gifts will be held on first week of December.

c. Month of January Company Visit after fieldtrip. Seminars and fieldtrips- Arduino, Proteus and Microbasic. Sustainability of tutorial.

4. Before the meeting ends, the president wanted to make another meeting that will be on June 5, 2015, 4:00 PM-5:00 PM to be held at room 213b.5. The meeting was adjourned at exactly 5:55 PM in the afternoon.
