Our ServicesPortfolio Management & App Roadmap PlanningThe purpose of portfolio management and app-roadmap planning for the client are the creation, evaluation, portfolio-classification, roadmap-selection and implementation planning of new app concepts or new release concepts for existing apps.

We define six consecutive steps:

We work with established test-processes – in quality testing as well as in appstore management.

The testing starts after implementing all features and requirements within the agreed scope or after achieving an important project milestone.

Out of the current stage of development, a feature complete version is generated which is provided for the test team via an internal deployment system.

If required, the responsible department can already be involved at this time for the purpose of premature error detection and –prevention.
