To aid in the quest to provide more accurate cell phone loca on informa on, emergency loca on
services (ELS) is now available by mul ple cell phones manufacturers. Emergency loca on ser‐
vice (ELS) sends enhanced loca on informa on directly from the cell phone GPS to the communi‐
ca ons center when an emergency call is placed. This will provide much more accurate loca on
informa on than tradi onal wireless phase II loca on. While this does not replace ALI, it certainly

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infec ous disease that affects the pa ents’ lungs, and may also affect the
kidney, spine, and brain. It is the second biggest killer, globally, when compared with other dis‐
eases caused by a single infec ous agent. In fact, one fourth of the world’s popula on is infected
with TB. In 2016, 10.4 million people around the world became sick with the disease, and there
were 1.7 million TB‐related deaths worldwide.

pressured by coaches and peers to "walk it off" and get back into play. Now, with overwhelming
evidence that the effects of brain concussions are cumula ve and debilita ng, it is cri cal for
EMS, coaches and athle c trainers to recognize the signs of post‐concussive syndrome, provide
proper on the‐field treatment, and understand the importance of removal from play and return‐
to‐play criteria.

The New Jersey Department of Health has a system in place that collects, in real me, the rea‐
