APPRENTICESHIP REFERRAL PROGRAM $ Your apprenticeship is preparing you for the business world and referral fees are a common incentive, so it only makes sense for you to benefit, just like you would in a business. You—our apprentices—are CareerWise’s best salespeople. It’s about time we put our money where our mouth is, right? WE KNOW IT. AND, WEʼVE BEEN SAYING IT FROM THE START: YOU KNOW IT. STARTING MARCH 8TH Current CareerWise apprentices receive $50 for every apprentice hired by the end of the Marketplace that they referred. If you refer ONE of your friends and they get hired... $50! If you refer THREE of your friends and they all get hired... $150! HOW IT WORKS 1 Applicants must provide your first AND last name in the referral field of each application for positions to which they are applying. Once all of the positions are filled (May-June timeframe), CareerWise will send out $50 for EACH hired apprentice you referred to the program.
