Our mission is to help startups find synergies in the networking event and build
partnerships. We are incentivising them by making the process easier.
Every startup will do speed tieups and every tieup will be awarded 1 point and
startup with maximum points will get the award.

OUTDOORPROMOTION
A large part of marketing budget will be spent on Outdoor Promotion. We plan to get the
maximum traction by promoting our event and its sponsors by all hot media platforms.
We plan to meet and invite HODs of all major colleges to the event to the maximum
student reach.
1. Invitations to HODs HODs may allow us to organise a guest lecturer about the event and recommend
students for the same.
2. Posters to colleges10 highquality A2 promotion posters will be sent to all colleges and all highly crowded
public places.
3. Press ConferenceWe invite all the journalists and media persons to the Press Conference and talk about
the event and people who are supporting it, we provide professional media kit and this
has been most effective way to promote Appointment event.
4. Hoardings on Prime LocationsHoarding gives good traffic to the event, we have identified some busy routes and
hoarding board which we will use for event and sponsor promotion.
5. NewspaperLike last year Times of India, The Hitvada, Lokmat, Sakal etc covered Appointment,they each have a distribution of 1 lakh plus, We will get more newspapers thistime.

Besides providing branding during the event, Team Appointment ensures its event
sponsors get massive online promotion and reach the target audience.
