This is the new innovative way to apply the smart privacy film to the installed windows. And please remember toread the notes in the end of the document.

1.Tools and materials:Scraper, glove, clean tissue, ethanol(70%-90%), special UV glue, Burette, Soft roll.

2.Use the scraper and ethanol to clean the glass

3.Use tape to put the smart switchalbe film on the window.

4.Make sure that smart switchalbe film is not powered on,meaning the smart swichable film is on milky white, usethe soft roll to roll the smart switchalbe film to check the dust on the windows or smart switchalbe film.







5.Turn on the smart switchable film, which meaning the smart privacy film is transparent, use the soft roll to roll thesmart privacy film to clean the dust.

6.You can use tape to move the dust.







7.Use the clear tape to seal the right size, left side and bottom side of the smart glass to the window.

8.Use Burette to drop UV glue on the top size of the smart glass film.







9.The UV glue will spread on the bottom of the smart glass film.

10.Use soft roll to roll the smart film onto the windows from down to up. Carefully not left bubbles between thesmart glass film and the windows.







11.Softly and slowly rolling will help to avoid the bubbles.

12.Even push will help tp well-distribute the glue and make the smart film in good balance to the window.







13.The bubbles is each to happen between the push, so the 2/3 of the width of the soft roll is the best for the newpush.

14.Squeeze the bubbles right to the edges.







15.Double check that no small bubbles left on the corner.

16.Clear the smart privacy film with ethanol after you make sure no bubbles left.







17.Double roll the smart film make sure the smart film is parallel to the windows and the glue is well-distributed.

18.Clean the smart film with ethanol again.







19.Soldering the wire to the connecting tap on the smart film.

20.Use black tape to cover the pose (the connecting tap and the wires)







21.It takes sometime for the UV glue to solidify.

22.Now, Congratulations, you have done a great job. The smart glass is successfully installed.







NotesNotesNotesNotes ofofofof InstallationInstallationInstallationInstallation ofofofof thethethethe SmartSmartSmartSmart GlassGlassGlassGlass Film:Film:Film:Film:1.The special Sunlight Glue only require sunlight to solidify.2.Before the the Sunlight Glue is solidified, you can re-do the procedure to clean dust or eliminate bubbles if youfind them after installation.3.The solidifying may finish in several minutes in great sunlight or takes a day in the indoor environment, So if youneed long time to install smart glass(Suppose it's your first time), you can use a black paper to cover the other sideof the window to avoid the sunlight.4.In other words, you need solidifying finish as soon as possible, you can use UV light to fasten the solidifying.
