A Day in the Life of an ABA Therapist

While visiting a client at her/his family home, you’d be running discrete trials,shaping verbal behavior or implementing a BCBA-approved BehaviorIntervention Plan – all the while you record real-time data using our state-ofthe-art technology platform.

On some days, you’d be excited to have your Case Manager or BCBAcome to observe and participatein your session, you’d benefit from positively structured feedback thatsupports the absolute highest standard of clinical quality and the most vibrant clientresults.

• You have experience, or have done course work, in Applied Behavior Analysis• You have a Bachelor’s degree (training in working with ASD may be accepted as an alternative in

some cases)• You are comfortable working with clients in their home, in the community or at school• You can deal with challenging behaviors such as aggression, tantrums and self-injurious behavior• You have reliable transportation and a clean driving record• Speakers of Spanish and Cantonese are highly preferred
