II. Hotel Vida’s policy on reservations & guarantee deposits shall apply. For free vouchers, vouchers shall be considered guarantee deposits. III. Cancellation and No Show policies shall apply: a. No Show & Within 24 hours cancellation – forfeiture of guarantee deposit &/or voucher b. Within 72 hours cancellation – 50% of guarantee deposit only IV. Incidental deposits shall be required upon check-in V. Cancellation will be honored up to 7 days if returned UNUSED from date of issuance subject to P1,500 cancellation fee plus bank charges.
