SITUATION - One day, when pumping sea water into the tank

for rig stability, the shift was finished but the BC didn’t fully inform to the assistant => water in the tank was over limit.

- BC and CA made a big argument. - Offshore installation manager settled but

unsuccessful. - They fought in the storeroom => both were

injured.- Both were fired.
