general instructions

1. All students applying for the Session 2021 - 24 must appear in Online e-CHAT 2021 exam and Personal Interview. e-CHAT is a MCQ based Online Test of 1 hour duration. Selection will be on the basis of e-CHAT score & Personal Interview. All students must appear for both e-CHAT and Personal Interview.

2. Your application for appearing in the Admission Test (e-CHAT 2021) to be held on June/July 2021 must reach us positively 10 days before the exam. The time of the test would be mentioned in your Admit Card. Please Check the Website for the Online test dates (www.iihm.ac.in)

3. Admit Card would be sent to Individual Candidates by e-mail and Speed Post/Courier. The Institute does not take the responsibility for non-delivery or wrong e-mail address.

4. The format of the Admission Test is given on the website. Candidates are required to consult relevant periodicals and books for preparing for e-CHAT 2021.

5. e-CHAT will be an objective type of test with multiple-choice answers. It will comprise of Language Comprehension, Mathematical Skills, Data Analysis and Interpretation, Intelligence and Critical Reasoning, Awareness of Indian & Global Economy. There will be 50 questions to be answered in 60 minutes.

6. A pass in Class 12 examination or its equivalent with English as one of the Subjects. Those appearing in Class 10+2 or equivalent examination can also appear in E-CHAT 2021 followed by Personal Interview. Upper age limit : 22 years as on 1st July, 2021

7. This Year IIHM will be conducting Online (e-CHAT from Home) Admission Test and Video Call Interviews to promote social distancing and students can experience the entire process from the comfort of their homes.

8. Your application for appearing in the Admission Test must reach us positively by 4 days before the exam date. The date and time of the Test would be mentioned in your ADMIT SLIP.

9. Use of mobile phones or calculators for reference is strictly prohibited.

10. Candidates should be in formal dress code in either offline physical e-CHAT test or online e-CHAT Test.

11. Selected candidates to send filled Admission Form for admission to the respective campus. Please refer the campus address at back side of the brochure or on the website.
