APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP

Important:

1. Please read the Membership Policy before completing your application.

2. Sections A and E must be completed by all applicants.

3. In addition to Sections A and E, please only complete the section which is relevant to the type of membership for which you are applying.

4. If you require approval from your line manager to support your application for membership, please attach appropriate documentation (e.g. an email from your manager).

5. Please email your completed form (together with any attachments) to grahamcentre@csu.edu.au (and include “Application for Membership” in the subject line of your email).

6. You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your application within 24 hours OR by the next working day following submission of your application.

7. If your application is successful, membership will be valid for a period of up to two years.

Full members must have attained BOTH of the measures described in 1 and 2, below, AND at least ONE of the measures described in 3 through 5 during the preceding THREE year period.

Associate members must have attained at least TWO of the measures described in 1 through 5, below, during the preceding THREE year period.

The “preceding THREE year period” refers to the three year period immediately prior to the date on which you submit your application form.

PLEASE NOTE: Personnel visiting the Graham Centre under CSU’s Visiting Appointments Policy are automatically granted affiliate status for the duration of their visiting appointment and therefore do not need to apply for membership. All other individuals seeking Affiliate status are required to hold a track record (publications, industry impact or similar) that demonstrates a substantial contribution to the agricultural sector over a sustained period and a willingness to contribute to the Centre’s vision. If you wish to apply for Affiliate status, please attach a copy of your CV AND a one page summary of any relevant information which supports your application.
