To safely secure crew in seat, while on starboard tack & reach leg. crew has short stump, left leg amputation, causing profound lack of stability on starboard. For safety reasons we require a belt around crew's waist, which will be cleated on the starboard side only on starboard tack. This will only prevent crew falling whilst sailing, it will not project weight further to windward.
