APPLICATION DESIGN

INTRODUCTION

In this project we have an objection to design useful mobile application for user. After i got an objection i wondered about it and questions myself , What ,Why and Who.

What (to do) : Finder application which help user who love to visit gallery.My application name : ART FINDER use for searching or find a gallery. It can be use in every country because it related to google map but in my application will show only gallery and art studio.

Why (have to do) : We have a lot of navigator, map, and finder application but all of them doesn’t specify the categories of placeThat’s why sometimes i might be better if we an application which user can find specify place easily.

Who (is my target) : Tourist, art lover, and artist.

LOGO

My logo design is a combination of 3d glasses, stereoscope and the shape of an arrow which is should be show in navigation or finderapplication.Firstly, i was thinking about a symbolic which is representan action of searching and finding. So a magnifying glass andspectacles are came up in my mind. Then, i considered what kindof thing that i should put into my application. So i got an arrow.After i got theses two of thing, i started to combine it togetherand design the colors of it later on.

The colors: i used are the color of 3d glasses and i added yellowto make it cashing eyes. Also, i used 3 colors as main color in myapplication.

Font : American typing

Background: Solid texture which stand for the street and cement.

ART FINDER

This is a second page that would be show after user press on the logo. In this state user not search for a gallery yet.

Red pop up showing user’s position. User can get their on position by press on it. Then, the pop up thing would be bigger and showing information.

Blue pop up stand for gallery near by user. User can press on it to get info of the gallery. Near by would show only less than 30 minutes near by user.

Yellow pop up represent of famous gallery in an user area.

When user press on a small red pop up in previous page then it would be bigger and showing information of where user is.

A pop up change into 3 social network buttons after user press share their position.

Get direction

Get direction functional is to navigate user from their current position to another place. So it will mention you as an A pop up and mention gallery you heading to as B pop up. User follow a line.

Info about galleryThis kind of thing showing up when user press on gallery name on famous gallery’s information. Also, there will show an address and picture about gallery. So if user want to get more information user can press on website and if user like this gallery and want to make it as favorite gallery they probably press add to favorite

ART FINDER

Near by buttonPress it when user want to know how many gallery are near by them. The detail will popping up as you see in this page.

More detail leftClick to show more detail in case more than 2 near by galleries.

ART FINDER

Favorite buttonPress to show the list of your favorite galleries.

List of favoriteThe name of your favorite galleries showing up when you press favorite button and also you can edit your list by press a small edit button. It will show a red symbol un font of galleries name like what you see in your left hand side. So user just remove some gallery out for list easily. Then, press done button when they finish edit.
