The below page would open where the applicant has to enter the required fields to register.

1. District* - ड्रॉप डाउन लिस्ट से अपना जनपद चनुे |

2. Town / Block* - नगर लनगम, नगर पालिका या नगर पंचायत जो आपका टाउन हो उसे लिस्ट से चनु े|

3. Full Name of Student* - बच्चे का परूा नाम भरें |

4. Mobile No*: अपना मोबाइि लनंबर िजसपर आप जानकारी चाहत ेहैं वो भरें |

5. Date of Birth*: बच्चे की जन्म लतलि (लदन/ महीना/ साि) के लहसाब से भरें | उदाहरण के लिए 23 माचच

2013 को जन्म ेबच्च ेकी जन्म लतलि 23/03/2013 लिखी जाएगी |

6. Gender* – Male / Female / Other में से लकसी एक पर ललिक करें |

7. Class* - यह अपन ेआप भर जाएगा|

CAPTCHA भरने के बाद ‘Register’ बटन लल क पर करें|

STEP 3

Once the details are filled in then note down your Registration Number as shown below and click on ‘Complete the Form’ button to complete the registration process. एक बार लववरण भर िाने पर अपना लपिंिीकरण सिंख्या नोट कर ें और आवेदन पूरा करने के ल ए ‘Complete

the Form’ बटन पर लल क करें|

STEP 4

10. Father Name* - लपता का नाम भरें|

11. Mother Name* - माता का नाम भरें|

12. Alternate Mobile Number: यलद आप एक अन्य मोबाइि नंबर भी दनेा चाहत ेहैं तो यहााँ अंलकत करें|

13. ID with Address No - यलद आपके पास कोई आईडी प्रफू ह ैतो उसका नंबर यहााँ भरें|

14. Current Address* - अपने घर का पता जहााँ अभी रहते हैं वो भरें|

15. Ward - कृपया वाडम िरूर भरें अन्यथा आपको स्ट्कू ों के नार् लदखाई नहीं देंिे|

STEP 5

After filling all the information, upload the necessary documents. Browse photo and other required documents on the application page of the portal. The image size should be max 100 KB now click on 'Click here to upload all images'.

सारी िानकारी भरने के बाद पोटर् के आवेदन पेि पर फोटो और अन्य आवश्यक दस्ट्तावेि अप ोड करें। इरे्ि

का साइि अल कतर् 100KB होना चालहए ‘Click here to upload all images’ पर लल क कर सारे दस्ट्तावेि

After this you will reach the following page. To edit any photo please click on ‘Change Document Image’

इसके बाद ननचे ददया हुआ पेज खुल जायेगा | ककसी भी फोटो को बदलने के ललए ‘Change Document Image’ पर क्ललक करें |

How to reduce size of an image? You may use applications like MS-Paint or Microsoft Office Picture Manager to reduce size of any image. Paint comes free with windows while Picture Manager comes free with Microsoft Office Suite. However in Office 2013, it needs to be separately installed. Follow this link for instructions:

STEP 6 The applicant can select the school from the drop down list as shown below. The applicant can give minimum 1 and maximum 10 school of their choices. After filling CAPTCHA click on ‘SAVE’ button.

STEP 7

Once the form is filled, the applicant can view his/her application on “Student Form 2018 Preview” page. The applicant is required to carefully go through all the details in order to make note of any mistakes which have to be corrected. If all the information given is correct then click on “Lock and Final Print”. एक बार फॉर्म पूरा हो िया है तो आवेदक अपना आवेदन “Student Application Form 2018 Preview” देख

सकते हैं। आवेदक ध्यान से आवेदन फॉर्म की िााँच करें अिर दी िए सारी िानकारी सही है तो “Lock and Final Print” पर लल क करें |

If you have to change any of the information given, click on “EDIT” button and change the given details. अिर दी िई लकसी िानकारी र्ें बद ाव करना है तो “EDIT” पर लल क करें और लदए िए लववरण र्ें बद ाव करें|

STEP 8

If the form is complete select “Final Print”. Then take Final Print.

आवेदन पूरा हो िया है, तो लफर “Final Print” पर लल क करें और ‘Final Print’ ें|

After clicking on the ‘Final Print’, the print page will be opened, take it now. ‘Final Print’ पर लल क करने पर लरिंट वा ा पेि खु िायेिा अब इसका लरिंट े ें |

STEP 9

After taking the final print, the window below will open so that you will know whether

your application has been completed or not.

फाइन लरिंट ेने क बाद नीचे लदया लविंडो खु िायेिा लिससे आपको ये पता च हयेिा की आपका आवेदन पूरा

हुआ है या नहीं |

STEP 10

CHECK STATUS OF APPLICATION: (आवेदन की लस्ट्थलत को कैसे िाने?)

Click / लल क ‘Online Application’ -> Student Login. Then click in right button ‘Student

login’ To check the status of the application form the applicant can log in using the registration number and mobile number. आवेदन की लस्ट्थलत की िााँच करने के ल ए, रेलिस्ट्रेशन निंबर और र्ोबाइ निंबर का करें |
