Report for what happened…

- So far we were working mainly on a Survey.

- The Survey was to know to incidence of failure to thrive.

- Results were sent to the UNICEF.

What happens next…

- according to the UNICEF, they will either ask for another survey, or we will start working directly.

- we will choose villages to help according to the survey results.

- also we will work on a fund or donations for the project.

- finally visits to the village by SCOHP team.

Objectives:

During the visits we will - educate the parents about how to

avoid failure to thrive, and about the essential nutrients.

- provide the children with malnutrition with the needed essential nutrients.

- investigate about changes in their state to make sure they get better and evaluate our work.

Expected timeline,

-From now until July, we will finish all the surveys.

-From July till September, we will work on the budget.

-After that we should try to get the approvals and start the visits in the end of October.
