How much does it cost? A whole beef cost approximately $1,200A half beef costs approximately $680A quarter beef costs approximately $360 Processing costs:Whole - approximately $320Half - approximately $160Quarter - approximately $80*Prices are in direct correlation to carcass hanging weight at $0.40 per pound.

Whom do I pay?You will pay Apple Valley Angus for the beef and the processor for the processing.

Do you deliver beef to customers?We do not deliver due to liability reasons. You are required to pick up your beef from the processor.

Since 2003, owners David and Donna Sharpton are committed to producing high-quality, grain-fed beef for you and your family to enjoy. The cattle are raised without the use of growth hormones or antibiotics.

The result: flavorful, tender and nutritious beef.

In addition to managing a small Angus herd to produce beef, the Sharpton’s also raise replacement heifers and own a hay business.
