The Thomson Reuters Global Golf Challenge (the Competition) consists of golf tournaments in Australia, Denmark, France, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, Taiwan, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States. These terms and conditions relate to the tournament(s) being held in India (the Tournament(s)). 2. By entering the Tournament(s) you are automatically subject to these terms and conditions. 3. These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. If any of these terms and conditions are deemed to be unenforceable or invalid the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected and shall remain enforceable and valid. 4. Thomson Reuters has not obtained any specific regulatory consents or licences to conduct this Competition in any specific jurisdiction. As such, if the Competition is prohibited by local laws you should not enter. 5. Entrants to the Competition (Entrants) must be over 18 years of age. 6. Entrants must be Thomson Reuter’s customers, subscribing to a Thomson Reuters service. The winning Entrants may not have previously played in the Thomson Reuters Global Golf Challenge Finals in representing India. 7. Entrants grant the Thomson Reuters Group the right to use their entry details (including, but not necessarily limited to, names, towns/cities of origin, company names and photographs) for its own business purposes and for Competition publicity. 8. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that they are in possession of all necessary insurance policies (including medical insurance and travel insurance). 9. The Tournament(s) shall be operated in accordance with the rules of golf as approved by the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews and the local rules of the venues of the Tournament(s). Scoring shall be by Stableford Points. 10. In relation to the Tournament(s), Thomson Reuters shall have absolute discretion to determine the handicap allocated to each Entrant. When allocating handicaps, Thomson Reuters shall be entitled to take into account Entrants performance in previous Global Golf Challenge competitions, official club handicap certificates, the representations of Entrants and any other circumstances or evidence that Thomson Reuters, in its absolute discretion, believes to be relevant. 11. The dietary requirements (or other special requirements) of Entrants must be made known to Thomson Reuters at least one month prior to the commencement of the relevant Tournament(s). Thomson Reuters shall endeavour to satisfy such requirements where it is practicable to do so. Thomson Reuters shall be entitled to charge relevant Entrants for any additional costs incurred by Thomson Reuters in the course of satisfying such special requirements. 12. Thomson Reuters shall provide Entrants with lunch and a round of golf at the US Club~ Colaba, Mumbai India where the Tournament is being held.

13. Save for as provided in clause 12 above, Entrants shall be responsible for providing all facilities required in relation to, and meeting all costs incurred in connection with, participating in the Tournament(s).

14. Thomson Reuters shall have absolute discretion to decide whether Entrants to the Tournament(s) play as individuals or in teams. Thomson Reuters shall also have absolute discretion as regards the make-up of any such teams. Entrants shall accept their team assignment without complaint.

15. Prize winners will be selected on the basis of the number of Stableford Points they scored over 18 holes. The two highest scoring entrants shall win the right to represent India in the Thomson Reuters Global Golf Challenge at The Boulders Resort, Arizona.

16. If two potentially winning Entrants, or two potentially winning teams, score the same number of Stableford Points, the winning individual/team will be selected on a count back basis. The count back will be based on the Stableford Points recorded for the inward 9 holes. If this method fails to produce a winner, the count back will be based on the combined Stableford Points recorded by the relevant individuals/teams in relation to the inward 6 holes. If this method fails to produce a winner, the count back will be based on the combined Stableford Points recorded by the relevant individuals/teams in relation to the inward 3 holes. In the event a winner is still not determined at this moment, the count back will be based on a hole by hole comparison, commencing from the 18th hole.

17. Winning Entrants shall win the right to enter the Finals. This prize is worth approximately GBP £3000 and includes:

• economy class return flights departing from the principal international airport in the country where the Tournament(s) took place and arriving at Phoenix Sky Harbor airport, Arizona

• transfers from Phoenix Sky Harbor airport to The Boulders Resort

• four nights full board accommodation (single rooms) at The Boulders Resort.

• three rounds of golf at The Boulders Resort. 18. Information about additional Tournament prizes will be confirmed at a later date.

19. In the event that Entrants enter a Tournament as individuals, the two winning Entrants of each Tournament shall form a team and shall compete in the Finals within such team. In the event that Entrants enter a Tournament within a team, the Entrants of the winning team shall enter the Finals within the same team.

21. There are no cash alternatives to prizes. 22. Winners’ names will be displayed on www.reuters.com/club. 23. In the event that any winning Entrant does not claim their prize, their prize will be awarded to the Entrant with the next highest score.

24. The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

25. No purchase is necessary.

26. Entrants confirm that, where necessary, they have obtained permission from their employer to enter the Competition. Entrants also confirm that by participating and accepting a prize should they win, they are authorized by and comply with their internal gift and entertainment or anti-bribery and corruption (or other applicable) policies.

27. Thomson Reuters reserves the right to refuse entry to the Competition if an Entrant does not comply with the terms and conditions of the Competition or fails to act in accordance with the spirit of the Competition.

28. Thomson Reuters reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify, suspend or supersede the Competition if, in its sole discretion, the Competition is not capable of being conducted as specified, or if required to do so by law.

29. Thomson Reuters reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions. Any changes will be published on www.reuters.com/club.

30. The liability of Thomson Reuters and the sponsors of the Competition (the Sponsors) shall be subject to all applicable limitations, including those afforded by applicable international laws and conventions in respect of air, sea and land carriage.

31. Thomson Reuters and the Sponsors accept liability for death and personal injury caused by their own negligence but otherwise exclude liability for loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Competition (including, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits (whether or not the loss of such profits was foreseeable, arose in the normal course of things or you have advised Thomson Reuters or the Sponsors of the possibility of such potential loss) and indirect, consequential and incidental damages).

32. Neither Thomson Reuters nor the Sponsors shall be held responsible for death or personal injury or any loss or damage caused by the negligence of their contractors, sub-contractors or agents.

33. Entrants shall be deemed to have accepted all conditions imposed upon them by relevant transport carriers.

34. Thomson Reuters shall not reimburse Entrants for travel costs incurred as a result of their inability to utilise transportation provided by Thomson Reuters (whether such inability is due to their own fault, factors beyond their reasonable control or otherwise).

35. Thomson Reuters shall not be liable for any losses incurred by Entrants as a result of the cancellation of Tournament(s) or the Finals or a change to the date, time or venue of Tournament(s) or the Finals (whether such cancellation or change is caused by Thomson Reuters own fault, factors beyond Thomson Reuters reasonable control or otherwise).

36. The promoter of the Competition is Thomson Reuters, The Thomson Reuters Building, South Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5EP. A list of the winners of prizes can be obtained by writing to Tim Coulton at the address set out in this paragraph.

37. Data Protection: By submitting their details, Entrants agree that Thomson Reuters Group may use their data for the purpose of administering their entry to the Competition. Entrants further agree that their names, company names, scores and positions in the Competition will be displayed in a league table on the www.reuters.com/club website, which will be viewed by those participating in the Competition.

Thomson Reuters will use Entrants data in accordance with Thomson Reuter’s privacy policy in the privacy footer at thomsonreuters.com. Thomson Reuters Limited is primarily responsible for managing Entrants data. As Thomson Reuters is a global company Entrants data will be transferred and available internationally, including in countries which do not have privacy laws but Thomson Reuters seeks to comply with its privacy policy.
