Dear Stakeholder/ Interested and Affected Party  RE: EIA Report – Proposed Establishment of an Open Cast PGM Mine on the farm Volspruit 326 KR and the farm Zoetveld 294 KR, Mokopane District, Limpopo Province   Dear Sir/Madam,  The purpose of this letter is twofold, firstly, it is to serve as a reminder for the affected farmer/landowner focus group meeting in relation to the proposed establishment of an open cast PGM mine on the farms Volspruit 326 KR and Zoetveld 294 KR. The second is to inform you of the meeting’s agenda and proposed programme.  Which has been developed at the hand of requests for information received from  members and includes presentations by various specialists.  The meetings details are as follows:  Date: Tuesday 21st January 2014 Time: 10am Venue: Kanniedood Guesthouse  Directions to Kanniedood Guesthouse: From Gauteng ‐ Take N1 North to Polokwane, Turn off at the Nyl Plaza +/‐ 200km from Pretoria, at T‐Junction turn Right (east) onto N11, look for sign on left, +/‐ 5 km. From Polokwane – take N1 south, take the Mokopane turn off and follow the R101 straight through town centre and beyond. Turn left onto the N11 (Roetan/Marblehall), look for sign on the left.  Please see the proposed agenda below:
