BMI smart TM BMI smart TM Natural Appetite Management Appecal ® is a natural appetite management product for general weight management and the prevention and treatment of obesity. Appecal ® controls appetite and hunger-pangs by promoting a pleasant feeling of satiety. This reduces compulsive food intake, which helps with weight loss. Appecal ® is made with Redusure ™ , a specialised fibre complex that is water-soluble and has an extremely high swelling capacity. Redusure ™ is rich in dietary fibres that have the highest swelling and bulk forming capabilities and highest viscosity among natural fibres. It can swell up to 50 times its original size. Appecal ® is most effective as an appetite management tool when used in conjunction with a low-fat diet and appropriate physical activity. General Precautions • Not recommended for children under 12 years of age • Do not take Appecal ® during pregnancy, whilst breastfeeding, or if your BMI (Body Mass Index) is below 18.5 • Appecal ® must be taken as a whole capsule with a full glass of water (approximately 250ml).
