What You Need Piece of blue cardstock, 5.5 inches by 8.5 inches Piece of creme cardstock, 5 inches by 8 inches Sheet of creme cardstock Sheet of bright blue cardstock Sheet of white cardstock Scissors Pencil Ruler Blue fine tip pen How To Make It 1) Cut the pieces of blue and creme paper to the right sizes. 2) Fold both pieces in half so you have 2 cards. 3) Attach the blue card to the creme card with glue. Put the creme inside and the blue outside. 4) Cut another piece of creme paper from the sheet that is 2.5 inches by 5 inches. 5) Attach it to the front of the card with glue. 6) Cut a tie out of the bright blue cardstock. 7) Cut out white strips for the tie and attach them with glue. 8) Attach the tie to the front of the card with glue on the top of the creme paper. 9) Cut out a circle from the white cardstock and glue to the tie.
