  • Apollo Hospitals Scouting for Partners in West Asia & Africa Apollo Hospitals Group is scouting for partnering with hospitals in West Asia and Africa to leverage its brand equity in these highly potential medical tourism markets .
  • Specialized programs are being devised, which enroll customers who are high risk for a disease The hospital endeavors to be in constant touch with this group of people.

13. RECOMMENDATION

  • At this point in time, I would recommend building additional hospitals. This approach allows Apollo to continue towards its ultimate goal of providing comprehensive health coverage, while allowing for other events to occur in parallel.
  • While new hospitals are being built the APOLLO could be expanding its training programs and producing additional management resources that can be deployed. At the same time, we will be able to fight the government red tape and continue our education of the Indian people regarding the benefits and necessity of health care.
