API TO CHANGE ITS CONSTITUTIONAPI leisure&lifestyle, or the Australian Post-Tel Institute (South Australia and Northern Territory) Incorporated as it is officially known, is holding its Annual General Meeting of members at 5:30pm on Tuesday 28th October to consider the accounts and associated reports on the organisation’s activities for the year 2007/08.

You may also be interested to learn that API convened a Special General Meeting on 12th August to consider a revised Constitution. More than 60 members attended and supported the proposed changes. Hence the upcoming Annual General Meeting will be conducted under the Rules of the new Constitution; and elections for Member Representatives will be deferred until 2009 to align with the new requirement that Member Representatives retire by rotation with only half the Board up for election at any one time.

As is custom and a requirement of the Constitution, the President will present his report on your organisation’s activities for the year; and will also provide a further update on efforts to forge a closer working relationship with API Ltd. which is headquartered in Sydney and covers the states of NSW, VIC and TAS.

It was very pleasing to see so many members attend the recent Special General Meeting so we hope to also see you at the upcoming Annual General Meeting in API’s Boardroom on Level 1, 12 Pirie Street.

•Onlygrindasmuchcoffeeas you are going to need for that moment. The finer you grind, the more flavors you will receive. The grind has to be even to ensure even taste. Grind to your machine’s recommendations.
