Theatre and Film based Collaborative Training Methodology for the workplace.

 Hundredth monkey effect  “A supposed phenomenon in which a learned behavior spreads instantaneously from one group of monkeys to all related monkeys, once a critical number is reached…….”

Implies the instantaneous,  paranormal spreading of an idea or ability to the remainder of a population once a part of that population has heard of the new idea or learned the new ability.

ABOUT USAPE is a unit of STRAY FACTORY - the Entertainment Collaborative. At Stray Factory core members interface with external artists such as actors, set designers, graphic artists and musicians across the globe on our productions. We have translated this practice to a unique training methodology which uses the performance arts to deliver corporate training solutions.

ONE MINUTE MUSICAL60 seconds of music, lyrics and performance - certainly not for the faint hearted

monkey. The collaborative piece will be performed in the office ala a flash

mob.

OUTCOME: An exercise in Improvisation enabling employees to overcome their

inhibitions at the workplace.

THE OFFICEA FILM based training methodology.

Stories from the office space are recreated and shot with the aid of our monkeys

in a Two day shoot out.

OUTCOME: Opportunity to express oneself at the work place and an exercise on

Team Dynamics through the toughest collaborative medium - FILM.
