expired.
(True means this item is expired and not available, False
means it is available for this size as it has not expired).
When setting up new products there are 3 different types
to consider. Please note Pizza’s can’t be created in
products.
1. Bundle products -these are to be used within a meal
deal and will not show up on your POS or online eg. -
garlic bread with no dip.
2. Normal products which are not part of a meal deal,
these can be shown on your POS and online.
3. Meal deal products, these might include a bundle
product and a normal product and can be shown on
your POS and online.
To set up a bundle product ( usually a product without the
dips)
Click on
System Config
Menu then
Product ,
scroll to the bottom of the page and click
on add new dish when the normal
section is marked as below.
On this screen you can enter all the details for your
product.
The product type: eg. main, side order, drink. You
can’t create pizzas’ in this section they can only be
created in the pizza option.
The Category - this will put your product into a
particular place on your POS system and online. All
stores should not have multiple/duplicate categories.
Below is the clean Head Office system which only has
one of each category.
You can name your product - for this you should use
all capitals (this can be corrected if not done by the
process below

The next section is Sequence, which allows you to
place your product in a particular sequence with the
POS and online system.
The Colour section can be used to help your staff with
the POS system as you might want to colour code all
of your chips as yellow and chicken as purple. This
coding can make the system clearer for staff.
You can enter your price for the product
You can list how many items are in the product if you
are doing a meal deal
Is Web is for when you want to state whether a
product can be seen online. If you only want the
product on the POS don’t put a tick in this box.
You can upload a photo of your product, these must
be 600x320 in size and all images can be requested
from Head Office.

Advanced drop down list in the Advanced Information
section.

Order and Body of Bundle and Meal. To create
hidden products you must select body of bundle - this
can include all chicken sizes without a dip so you can
include them in other meal deals. This product will
not be seen on the POS or online.

you must be sure which category you are putting the
product into as this will show up on your POS and online.
