OUR APPROACH All assignments are managed by a Director who remains personally responsible until its conclusion. The Director will regularly evaluate the client’s requirements to ensure that the most appropriate members of the Group’s multi-disciplinary team are engaged on the assignment and that where necessary they are successfully integrating into the client’s team.

In the current climate the project funder needs to be assured that payments made equate fairly to the work done and value added to a project and that issues involving increased costs and delays are identified as soon as possible and dealt with effectively. Driver offer a range of these services worldwide.

FORENSIC ANALYSIS FOR DUE DILIGENCE

During the due diligence process it is often the case that a detailed forensic analysis is required in respect of the finances that relate to a range of projects that the business in question is involved with. Driver has an experienced due diligence analysis team.

RESTRUCTURING / INSOLVENCY

When insolvency occurs, or a business needs to be re-structured, a careful review is required of each project the business is involved in; an assessment of risks and opportunities is an essential part of recovering money and reaching a robust and workable solution. Driver has many years’ experience of professionally supporting these situations.

Often after a dispute or the insolvency of one party, the property that was the subject of a contract can be left in an incomplete or even dangerous state.
