It’sbeenanotherexcitingyearfortheAboriginalProfessionalAssociationofCanada.SinceourlastAnnualGeneralMeeting,wehavedoubledourmembershiptoservingover600membersacrossCanada.
Asamembership-basedorganization,everydecisionwemakehasourmembersandorganizationalvisionatthecenter.WeaimtobeasupportingcommunityandplatformforIndigenousleadersacrossCanada.Thankyoutoourmemberswhocontinuouslyengageinournetworkandreferothercommunitymemberstojoin.
I’dalsoliketosaymiigwetchtoourcommunitycollaboratorsandsponsorswhohavesupportedusthroughourgrowth.
Iamalsosincerelygratefulforouramazingvolunteerleadershipteam.Throughthousandsofhours,weekendmeetings,andcountlesscupsofcoffee,wehavemanagedtobuildanextraordinaryorganizationthroughyourcontinuedleadershipandvision
Personally,thisyearmarkedanexcitingchangeasI’vesincemovedtosupportingAPACfull-time.MyaimistobringourprogramsandservicestoallmembersacrossCanada.Nodoubtthiswilltaketime,butit’smygoaltomakethispossible.ThankyouforyoursupportaswesolidifyourorganizationalfoundationandgrowtobringourvalueacrossCanada.
