Dear All,
AP-Magnet would like to invite all members, colleagues and friends to join our Online Discussion on
Labour Mobility in Asia, from next Monday 3 December 2012.
Our discussion moderator is Manolo Abella, former Director of the ILO International Migration
Programme, and thisdiscussion is made possible with the support of the EU-funded Decent Work Across
Borders project and the CIDA-funded TRIANGLE project.
During our two week discussion, we'll be looking at key obstacles for mobility, the impact of current
state policies and actions on labour mobility, the best ways to promote international standards in Asia,
and important lessons we can learn from other parts of the world. Come join the online debate from 3
December and help fellow practitioners and experts build a joint picture of labour mobility in the region.
