What is Art History?

The story of what it means to be “human” The study of the oldest form of communication. Making connections from one time period to

another It’s a big story book with the pictures!! A means to broaden your view of the world A venue that forces one to “look” at the world

in a different way. It helps us to recognize similarities in people

across time, location, and culture. A course of study that transfers to other

subjects easily for broader understanding.
