• Green Building Council Brasil (GBC Brasil) is a nongovernmental organization that aims to promote sustainable construction industry in the country.

• For this, it has a partnership with the government and

acting companies; technical training professionals, and dissemination practices of the certification processes of enterprises.

• AP ARQUITETOS is a company associated with GBC

Brasil, with professional and qualified structure, in partnership with the Green Building Council, providing support in all future endeavors, with sustainable certifications, like LEED Certification.

• The LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is a certification system and environmental orientation of buildings. Created by the U.S. Green Building Council, is the stamp of international recognition LARGEST and most used in more than 130 countries worldwide, including in BRAZIL. It is a scoring system (40 to 110 points) that divides the seal at different levels: Basic, Silver, Gold and Platinum.

LEED certification has many advantages for businesses, such as: •reducing operating costs throughout the life (water and energy);

• internal quality improvement;

• valuation of property;

• recognition of the organization in the implementation of the concepts related to sustainability, which is a big difference in marketing;
