    In shielding gas feed method, normally we are using conventional pressureregulators and owmeters in TIG, MIG and CO2 Arc Welding, but in thismethod, a much volume of wasteful gas is discharged in a few seconds of atstart of welding. In addition to poor efciency, it adversely affects the weld-ing surfaces and may spoil welding qualities.ECONO-DIALhas been developed to minimize discharge of wasteful gas. Itkeeps gas ow at constant rate as from start of welding and assures smootharc start and energy saving without causing deterioration of

    Recommended areas of use

    The distance of rollers can be adjusted automatically according to the diameter od workpiece. Variable frequency drive speed contol, being stable and

    Adjustable rotatorDrive devices adopt ferquency control motor. Through the reducer to drag roller parts, and drive the weldment rotation. Double-motor driven, theconventional roller driver adopts Planet-cycloid reducer or worm reduction gear mode. Conventional welding turning roller can adjust the center distance

    by reserved screw holes or lead screw in order to adapt to diameter of work piece. The roller has three forms: sub-rubber tire roller, steel wheel, steeland plastic combination wheel; it can joint control with other equipments. Control system is optional with button digital control type, switch digital

    controlled and switching relay control type, linkage control and other equipment.

    The roller is mainly used for the welding polish rubber lining and assembly of cylindrical roller shell, but also can assembly and weld together with othertoling for the cone inequality diameter rotary. And also the rotator series are widely used in wind power, petrichemical, pressure vessels, pipeline, steelstructures, boilers, shipbuilding, welding repair and other industries.
