Located in southern California American Optisurgical Inc., also known as AOI,

operates from a 20,000 square foot facility in the city of Lake Forest, California.

Herbert “Cam” Cameron founded AOI in 1992 for two reasons. First, he wanted to

make a difference in the ophthalmic industry by providing customers with superior

service at an affordable cost. Secondly, he wanted to achieve a personal dream of

owning a company in an industry that helped people.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without

notice.

Payment

Payment for goods and services in USD

only. AOI accepts cash, major credit cards,

company checks, cashier’s checks and

money orders (payable to American

Optisurgical Inc.).

Terms

Payment terms are Net 30 days in the USA.

An interest charge of 1.5% will apply to all

balances over 30 days.

Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA)

An RGA is required for all instruments sent

in for repair.

Returns

All products must be returned within 10 days

of receipt of product(s). An AOI RGA number is

required for all product returns. Upon approval

of return, a 20% restocking fee may be applied.

Core Credits

Core credits for exchanges are issued based

on evaluation as a reusable handpiece.

Shipping

All international orders require prepayment

including shipping charges. All domestic orders

are shipped FOB Lake Forest and shipping

charges are added to the invoice unless

specified otherwise.
