Nearly half of those die prematurely, or between the age of 30 and 69 years. World Cancer Day is a grand opportunity to raise awareness of both cancer prevention and care in the people’s minds and in the world’s media. What is World Cancer Day? World Cancer Day is an annual, global event on 4 February, uniting the world in the fight against cancer. This day aims to save millions of preventable deaths each year, by raising awareness and educating about cancer conditions, pressing governments and individuals everywhere to take action. To relieve some of that, we offer Integrative Therapies such as massage, Reiki and acupuncture; Movement Classes, such as Yoga, Qi Gong and Tai Chi, Support Groups, a Breast Prosthetics program, educational courses and much more.
