Civil Partnerships and CeremoniesWe have a number of rooms which are licensed for Civil Marriage and Partnership Ceremonies. These rooms vary in size from 30 – 120. Each of these rooms have adjacent suites to hold your wedding breakfast. In addition we also offer the facility of an outside ceremony with the picturesque backdrop of Rutland Water. (England’s Best Kept Secret).

Your Wedding Breakfast We have a selection of wedding packages to choose from, these are priced as an all-inclusive package helping you in your planning of the day.

Included in all our packages are – place cards, cake stand & knife, white linen tablecloths & napkins, white chair covers, menu cards, master of ceremonies & complimentary accommodation on the night of the wedding for the Bride & Groom.

The Edith Weston Suite is only available for minimum numbers of 80 day guests. Bespoke Weddings

Our 66 bedrooms are individual with many enjoying spectacular views over Rutland Water and surrounding countryside. Rooms can be reserved for your wedding day guests with discounts available for those wishing to make it a weekend away.

This package is based on a minimum of 80 guests and offers the following:

Your Civil Ceremony room or outdoor wedding pavilion, Reception and wedding breakfast room hire for the Edith Western Suite. Drinks reception- a glass of Kir Royale or non-alcoholic punch on arrival.

Hen Parties at BarnsdaleCelebrate your wedding in style, with our very popular Hen Parties. You can, of course, choose to book any treatments straight from our treatment menu for all the members of the hen party, or if you do not want the headache of remembering who wanted to book what, we can organise a package of treatments selected just for your group.

If there are more than four of you in your hen party why not enquire about hiring one of our private rooms for your use throughout the day? This means you can spoil the bride-to-be as much as you like in complete privacy. We are delighted to arrange cocktails and snacks, or whatever else you would like in the room if you wish. If you would like to keep it very healthy then, of course, we can substitute this for rocket salads and smoothies!

In the evening we can organise private dining for you and if you would like to organise anything else during the day such as exercise classes, please just let us know. We can also tell you about activities available in the area such as cycling or go-karting.

The Windsor SuiteYou may have what you wish...

To turn your Hen Party into more of a weekend than a day out we recommend that you hire the Windsor Suite for £650 per night (room only). You can sleep up to six hens in the majestic suite, provided that some do not mind sharing a double bed; otherwise, it is five for privacy. There are, of course, plenty of bedrooms close by in case you wanted to bring more hens along.

Wedding Chill-Outsand Preparations

The Spa ExperienceStart your wedding day planning by trusting every part of your most precious day to our experienced hands. Barnsdale Hair & Beauty salon takes care of your whole bridal party on your wedding day, if you wish. It doesn’t, however, start there.

Before your wedding, we invite you and your bridal party to come along to the spa for a trial session in Hair and Beauty. We then know exactly how to tease, curl, or straighten your hair on the day to complement your wedding make up.

To achieve that glowing radiance on your perfect day, a course of facials illuminate your skin and a manicure ensures that your hands look perfect for the all-important wedding ring photograph. Lastly, a massage calms and relaxes any pre-wedding tension. This is for bridesmaids, the bride’s mother and of course the bride!

Finally, your wedding day arrives and we create the perfect hair and makeup. Simply beautiful and so, so relaxing.
