The C03 container hook is ideal for trucks, trailers, railroad cars, and machinery. It can be inserted into the surface for a flush installation. The C03 is made of galvanized steel.

These Heavy Duty “D” Rings have a multitude of uses. They are used primarily as temporary lifting (suspension) points on unwieldy structures and fabrications.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALEPricing:All prices and discounts are subject to change without prior notice.

Freight:All shipments are F.O.B. Intercon Enterprises Inc. (Intercon’s Warehouse).

Terms:VISA, MasterCard or American Express, unless credit has been approved by Intercon. All credit approved account terms are NET 30 DAYS from date of invoice. Past due accounts are liable to an interest charge of 2% per month. Intercon reserves the right to withhold shipment of orders if an account is not up-to-date.

Claims:Intercon is not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Intercon will furnish all available information, trace shipments to destination whenever possible to assist the purchaser in filing a claim. Shortages in shipment not chargeable against the carrier must be claimed within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.

Returned Goods:No merchandise may be returned or exchanged without proof of purchase and prior authorization by Intercon. Authorized returns must be shipped prepaid to Intercon and be received by the seller within 30 days. All items accepted for credit are subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Delivery:Intercon is not responsible for nondelivery or delay in delivery due to delays, damages or losses resulting from strikes, riots, floods, inability to secure materials or other accidents or occurrences beyond their control.

Minimum Order:$100.00 net price (excluding freight).

Standard Packages:Minimum packages are indicated in the price schedule.

Drawings:All drawings and dimensions shown in this catalog are for reference only.

Miscellaneous:Title of goods remains with Intercon until such time as same are paid in full. In the event of default payment, Intercon shall be permitted to retake possession of the goods without either notice or prejudice to any other rights and remedies available to Intercon.

Quotations:All quotations are firm for 30 days only.
