Good day!

I do hope that this letter finds you in good health and that your company is continually reaping the benefrtsof implementing the ISO Standard of your choice.

As per ISO 17021 - Conformity Assessmenl Requirements for Bodies Providing Audit and Certification ofManagemenl Systems, we are required to visit you at least once a year and within 12 months trom the lastday of your certilication audit.

This means that Surveillance audits should not be delayed as the standard requires us to comply with aspecific limeline. Should the dete fall on a weekend or a holiday, then the surveillance audit must beconduded before, NOT after, the ac{ual date. Otherwise, your certification status will be considered astemporarily suspended until such lime thal the surveillance audit is conducted.

Furthermore, prior lo the conduc{ of the surveillance audit, as stipulated in clause 1 1 of the Codes of Practice(pertaining to modification): the company shall infonn SOCOTEC Certification Philippines lnc. in wilting andwithout delay of any intended changes relating to the following:

- the legal, commercial, organisational siaius or ownership organisation and management- conlact address and sites- scope of operations underthe certified management sys{em- major changes to the managemEnl system and processes"

ln as mueh we would wanl to just proceed as if nothing transpired, we are mandaied to gather informationabout any of the abovementioned items so as to be able to ensure that the activities to be audited are indeedrefiec'ted in the declared scope of regisiration. Any information that relate to the aforementioned itemsmentioned will be sutl{clent in helping $CPl determine whether the notilied changes require any additionalaudit ac{ivity. Observing this requirement will help avoid misrepresentation in any form and simullaneously,above all, maintain lhe integrity of the managemenl system your organization subscribesto.

Please understand that we have no intentions of causing any inconvenience. Being a ceftification body, ourcompliance is imperative so as to be able to adhere to the requirements stipulated in ISO Guide 17A21 andthe Codes of Praclice. From your end, to reiterate, conformance will ensure that your certificalion will remainin good slanding.
