I asked for another chance and would workout our differences by presenting to them mymarketing campaigns like: How to increase marketshare/brand image; The trainings I will be conductingto increase sales; To resolve previous issues; To doproduct mix and profitability analysis among others.

    (R) Achievement of more than 300% of Sales target;Increase in Market Share from bottom 10 to top 3. SM

To address the second issue, I suggested that insteadof giving them additional discounts, I will put the extradiscounts in training costs of sales associates on ABCDs of selling, product knowledge and onincentives. I gathered and analyzed data per branch onwhat items were selling or not and started to tweakwhat should be displayed or not. I suggested what toorder from us to achieve effective product mix andprofitability per branch. I conceptualized and executed

marketing campaigns and road shows based oncustomers needs.

    (R) Conflicts were solved; Business grew by more than300%.
