4:15am Club opens for Sub Branch, invited guests and VIP’s. Coffee can be purchased from the Coffee Shop until 4:45am (No bar or food facilities available at this time). 4:45AM Parade to form in Warbler Ave in the vicinity of Wood Park. The parade will march along Warbler Avenue and proceed to the Memorial Park at the entrance of the Club car park, where the Dawn Service will be conducted. (No car park entry from 4.45am) Car park reopens after service. From 6:00am • Ingleburn RSL Club OPENS: Bacon & egg rolls will be served to marchers throughout the Club. • Sub Branch members and family breakfast function will be held in the Salute Restaurant. Only sub branch members will be permitted entry. 7:00am TWO UP will commence in the Upper Level Crystal Lounge of the Club. 7:30am & 9:00am The Courtesy Bus departs to Ingleburn Railway Station for those wishing to attend the City March. 9:00am • Keno and TAB services will begin. 9:20am & 9:45am The Courtesy Bus departs for the Denham Court Service. 10:00am • Courtesy Bus available for members (normal service). • Gaming machine service will commence. From 3pm Upper Level Crystal Lounge Entertainment. From 5pm • Meat Raffle, Tickets on sale from 5pm • Lucky Members Draw from 7.30pm • Trivia from 7:45pm 7:00pm The ODE will be observed. The buses will operate from 7:00am, which will depart to different locations on the day. The Club will provide the best service possible but please expect delays. The Club has a Courtesy Bus Policy in place and this Policy must be adhered to at all times. It is asked that the elderly, disabled and Service Men & Women be given priority on this special day. Please remember the bus service provided is a courtesy for members and guests and courtesy will need to be included by all parties who are utilising this service. SALUTE RESTAURANT A limited menu will be available from 9:00am – 5:00pm. Salute will re-open at 5:30pm-8:30pm with full menu options available. COFFEE SHOP Opens from 4:15am – late. CLUB MEMBERSHIPS We welcome any person wishing to become a member of the Club however; unfortunately, new memberships will not be accepted or processed on ANZAC Day. It is strongly recommended, to avoid any disappointment that non-members consider completing a Club membership before ANZAC Day. SECURITY Professional security personnel will patrol the premises all day. CCTV Surveillance will be in operation all day as normal. OTHER Ingleburn RSL Club Members will receive priority entry. To provide a safe and comfortable environment for all patrons of Ingleburn RSL Club no tier discounts will apply to alcoholic beverages prior to 6pm. To responsibly practice RSA, all staff will be vigilant at all times with regards to identifying any person showing signs of intoxication, refusing them service and asking them to leave. Disorderly behaviour will not be tolerated and persons involved will be asked to leave. Police are to be notified if the Patron refuses to leave. If you fail to leave upon request, you will run the risk off incurring a $550 fine issued by police. The Board of Directors, Management & Staff of Ingleburn RSL Club as well as the Ingleburn RSL Sub Branch invite everyone to come along and celebrate ANZAC Day 2019, an important day of national remembrance.
