Listeria
• Listeria is a a type of food poisoning.
• The germs that cause it are found in the soil.
• It can be very dangerous to pregnant women, babies and old people.
• Most people try to keep food fresh by putting it in the fridge, BUT Listeria germs are unusual in that they will happily grow even at cool temperatures.
